Special events
Thursday 25th September 2025 - Baton of Hope Tour departing Basingstoke approx 16:30 (ending in Portsmouth) supported by Mental Health Motorbike - please see poster below
Sunday 28th September 2025 - Challengers Motoring
Event - In aid of Challengers - please see poster below
Sunday 5th October - Pioneer Run - Sunbeam Motorcycle Club - Eligibility: Motorcycles, Sidecars, Tricycles and Quadricycles of any make manufactured up to and including 1930 – Running between Epsom Downs to Brighton City Airport.
Sunday 9th November 2025 - Portsmouth Ride of Remembrance - Leaving from Lakeside North Harbour at 10:00 sharp and will arrive at the Southsea Remembrance service approximately 1030 where you will be directed where to park. This is a 50cc friendly ride and all forms of rides are welcome. WMCC will set off together from Denmead Car Park – details to be distributed nearer the event.
Saturday 22nd November - club social event - 2pm-4pm at St Wilfrid's Church Hall, Cowplain - details to be distributed via email.
Saturday 6th December 2025 Kempton Park – The December London Classic Bike Show - 8.00am – 3.00pm – WMCC will have a display/stand at this event.
Wednesday 17th December 2025 - Christmas drinks/social evening at The Farmers Inn, Catherington. All members and family/friends welcome. Tinsel, Christmas hats/jumpers welcome but not compulsory.
Sunday 8th February 2026 - Coffee & Cake afternoon - back by popular demand - St Wilfrid's Church Hall 2pm-4pm - details to be distributed via email.
Wednesday 1st April 2026 - AGM - venue to be confirmed.
Sunday 26th July 2026 - The Fossils 21st Charity Run.
Regular Events
Wednesday's Weekly Ride-out - meet at Kidmore Lane, Denmead car park for a 10:30am departure Please see weekly email from your Captain for details.
Wednesday's Weekly Social meet - The Farmer's Inn, Catherington from 8.00pm Please feel free to come along, everyone welcome.
Monthly 2nd Saturday (occasionally subject to change) Ride-out - meet at Kidmore Lane, Denmead car park for a 10:30am departure This monthly ride-out was initially aimed at older bikes/riders where the route is shorter and at a relaxed pace, however modern bikes and younger riders are welcome to join in if a shorter relaxed ride is your preference. Our Captain will send out a confirmation email the week of the ride.
